We provide event medical cover, training and consultancy throughout Kent and the surrounding areas. We are happy to travel further for larger events or specialist requirements.

What level of medical cover do I need?

Every event is different. We assess factors such as attendance numbers, event type, location, safety advisory group recommendations, insurance requirements, duration and potential risks before recommending the appropriate level of medical provision, to ensure we meet your needs.

Are your staff qualified?

Yes. Our team consists of experienced healthcare professionals and trained responders with years of experience, who work within their scope of practice and maintain the appropriate qualifications and ongoing professional development, to ensure we deliver the best evidence-based care available.

Are you insured and registered?

Yes. We hold appropriate insurance for the services we provide. We hold public liability, employers liability and professional indemnity giving our clients complete peace of mind. We are also registered with the Information Commissioners Office to process data; companies house and the Intellectual properties office. This ensures you receive the best and safest service possible.

We are also in the process of registration with the care quality commission and have all policies and procedures to support our clients and colleagues.

Absolutely. We offer a range of accredited and bespoke first aid and emergency care training courses for businesses, organisations and community groups.

Yes. We can assist with medical risk assessments, event medical plans and consultancy to help ensure your event has appropriate medical provision.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure availability, particularly during the busy spring and summer event season. However, we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute enquiries. Booking as far in advance as possible also allows us to put a robust medical plan in place to suit your needs.

We use the most modern and up to date medical equipment available, which even exceeds what is available on a frontline ambulance in some cases. All of our bags are wipe-clean high quality bags and all of our equipment down to every single wipe is catalogued and on our system to ensure every item we stock in our kits is in date and available at all times, ensuring we are always ready to respond.
